Job DescriptionThis is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025.Salary range is 16,500 - 19,000 for the 6-month contract.This is a remote role and you must reside in Italy.Were looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinators maternity leave. In this role, youll coordinate design operations across our brands: Beefree, Beefree SDK, and Really Good Emails (RGE). Youll support a team of 3 graphic & visual designers by helping prioritize tasks, manage requests, and ensure smooth workflows. You will also engage in hands-on design work, creating campaign visuals, marketing materials, and assets to keep our content fresh and on-brand.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, has strong relational skills, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and has a keen eye for quality design.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Coordination & Design OperationsCoordinate design projects across all brands.Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resources for a team of 3 designers.Oversee design request intake and facilitate smooth handoffs.Hands-On Design WorkDesign emails and landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotions.Create marketing visuals such as booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, blog, and social visuals.Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs.Design or update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with messaging and brand guidelines.What We''re Looking ForStrong background in digital graphic design and layout.Experience managing or coordinating creative projects and teams.Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.Comfortable working in a remote, async environment.Strong relational skills for effective stakeholder cooperation.Bonus: video-making/editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter, or similar).Bonus: experience with SaaS or ESP marketing.Why Youll Love Working with UsWe are a creative, globally distributed team passionate about our work.Youll work across three impactful brands.We value organization, clarity, kindness, and great design.Youll have a meaningful impact on our organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
