Opportunity We arelooking for an ICT CRM and Web Specialist. Objective of theposition is to manage and optimize the company''s CRM systems andweb platforms, ensuring their effectiveness in streamliningbusiness processes and enhancing customer interactions. The rolewill be central in supporting process digitalization, improvinguser experience, and providing continuous technical assistance toensure maximum efficiency and technological innovation. Yourresponsibilities will be: - CRM Management: Customizing andmaintain HubSpot and Salesforce CRM to align with business needs,ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Social Media: supportmarketing team implementing the digital multi-channel strategy -CMS Management: Define and look after the various instances used bythe business in order to guarantee proper setup (Drupal, WordPress)- Lead Management: Developing lead capture forms, implementing leadscoring, and designing automated nurturing workflows to engageprospects. - Analytics and Reporting: data modelling and generationof reporting on key CRM metrics. Enable the tracking campaignperformance. - User Training and Support: deliver training sessionsand support to users. - Integration and Automation: Identifyingintegration opportunities for custom-related data platform andsystem, implementing automation to streamline customer relatedprocesses. - Data Security: actively participate in the design andadoption of security best practice To be successful in this roleyoull need to have: - Bachelor''s degree in ICT, Digital Marketingor related field - Proven experience (>3 years) working with CRMand CMS - Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot andSalesforce workflows, fields, and automation - Experience withintegration tools - Excellent analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and derive actionable insights - Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills - Full proficiency inEnglish language Nice to have: - Strong understanding of marketingand sales processes - Wide understanding of digital channelmanagement What we offer: - Permanent full-time contract -Benefits: smart working (1 day/week), company canteen, competitivereward system Workplace: Valbrembo (BG) We are committed toguarantee equal employment opportunities.
