Your responsibilities
- Business development: Identify, prospect, and convert new clients to position Kingsley as a key player in Flanders.
- Team management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team with a success-driven mindset.
- Strategic leadership: Define the divisions direction, set goals, and ensure they are achieved.
- Recruitment & consulting: Support our clients in finding top talent and offer tailored HR solutions.
- Monitoring & reporting: Analyze agency performance and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
What were looking for
- Proven experience in management, business development, and/or recruitment, preferably in Engineering/Construction, Legal, or HR sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and a drive to build a successful division.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and capable of meeting ambitious goals.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
