Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire newbusiness opportunities in Italy, focusing on merchants, paymentprocessors, and financial institutions. - Develop and implementsales strategies to increase adoption of Lunu Pays crypto paymentsolutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with keydecision-makers in fintech, payments, and retail industries. -Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching tonegotiation and closing deals. - Collaborate with the marketing andproduct teams to tailor solutions that meet market demands. -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead ofindustry trends and opportunities. - Represent Lunu Pay at industryevents, conferences, and networking opportunities in Italy. -Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on customer needs,product enhancements, and regulatory developments. Requirements -5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or accountmanagement in fintech, payments, or financial services. - Strongunderstanding of payment processing, crypto payments, and digitalassets. - Established network within the Italian fintech, retail,and payments sectors. - Proven track record of meeting andexceeding sales targets. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, andcommunication skills. - Ability to work independently in afast-paced, results-driven environment. - Experience with CRM toolsand sales automation software. - Fluency in Italian and English isrequired.
