Strategic Business Change Senior Manager (Data Quality Manager) Miejsce pracy: Krakw Your responsibilities Manage the project approach and build stakeholder buy in around the project plans, commitments and changes. Understanding of data / process flows for model delivery lifecycle. Support management of scope schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget. Support the Programmes Director to monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to portfolio leads, internal stakeholders and steering committees. Make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization. Support governance and control activities in line with stakeholder needs and aligned to organisations processes. Ensure adherence to standard controls and drive teams to achieve compliance under the change delivery framework. Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT, Operations and agreed Future State Architecture. Our requirements 7 years of experience in change delivery in banking. Track record of leading delivery through teams directly and indirectly across local and remote environments. Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments. Evidence of managing and satisfying multiple stakeholders and perspectives in a fluid and changing environment. High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives Business analysis experience. Prior exposure to the Modelling or Analytics domain. Understanding of credit risk and regulatory capital is advantageous. Prior management consulting experience is desirable.
