About the job Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Holistic Risk assessment on SKU level based on product safety-, dual-use and US re-export along the product development process; consultation of product development regarding development and risk mitigation measures (e.g., re-development) Analyzing material, product, and supplier risks, in consideration of legal requirements and granting conditional material- and product releases or initiating re-developments. Leading compliance projects as well as coordinating and supporting implementation of compliance topics. Elaboration and maintenance of an effective compliance communication program, to increase the awareness and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies as well as procedures Development and execution of compliance training programs (in collaboration with legal, etc.) for all employees, managers, suppliers, and business partners. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: University degree in Law, Product Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Product Compliance Certification or Compliance Certification would be a competitive asset 3-5 years of professional experience in Compliance, preferably with focus on product compliance in the consumer goods business and the luxury industry. Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
