Main activities and responsibilities:
- To support senior colleagues in the issuance of bank guarantees (bid bond, advance bond, performance bond etc);
- To support senior colleagues in managing working capital needs (including issuance of letters of credit, factoring and other supply chain finance instruments) of the projects under execution;
- To evaluate, and whether necessary, to cooperate in the negotiation with Clients and Banks of the payment securities favor of the Company;
- To cooperate and to manage the export financing drawdowns in the contracts execution phase;
- To produce and to manage the accounting and managerial reporting related to the above activities.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Economic Degree;
- preferential knowledge of Trade Finance products (i.e.: bank guarantees, factoring, export finance, letters of credits, supply chain finance);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Flexible and open minded;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
