Job description

As a Field Account Manager & Customer Experience Specialist, youll support customers across Belgium and the Netherlands. Youll be the commercial face in the field (70%) and provide key operational support remotely (30%).

Youll manage relationships with B2B clients in sectors such as pharma, medtech, animal health, kit packers, and clinical labs representing a strong portfolio of medical solutions, including syringes, needles, and closed system devices.

This hybrid role combines consultative field sales with hands-on customer support, giving you a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer success.
• Visit clients onsite, support tenders, and lead commercial discussions.
• Act as first point of contact for pricing, documentation, and order queries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and supply chain.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records (e.g. Salesforce, SAP).

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus but if you bring the right mindset, drive, and willingness to learn, wed love to hear from you.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with commercial drive and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and patient-focused innovation.
• Willing to travel 4 days/week across Belgium and the Netherlands.
