About the Role We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Consultant to join our team based in the Netherlands. This hybrid role involves working from home, on-site with customers, and at our Zoetermeer office. Some international travel within Germany, Belgium, and the United Kingdom is required. As an ERP Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our manufacturing customers get the most value from their Epicor Kinetic ERP system. Youll work closely with them to align system capabilities with their business processes, ensuring streamlined operations and measurable improvements in efficiency. This role requires fluency in both Dutch and English. Area of Specialisation - Manufacturing To succeed in this role, you will bring strong expertise in manufacturing operations, with working knowledge in the following key areas: Supply Chain Management Production Engineering Planning Concepts Configure to Order (CTO), Make to Order (MTO), and Engineer to Order (ETO) Key Responsibilities ERP Configuration and Setup Configure and optimise Epicor Kinetic ERP based on the unique needs of each customer. Training and Enablement Deliver training and coaching sessions to empower core users to manage and maintain the ERP system independently. Process Advisory Provide proactive advice on how best to use the ERP system to align with and support the customers processes and business goals. Requirements Translation Translate customer requirements into business logic and work collaboratively with technical consultants to implement tailored solutions. Process Improvement Guide customers through business process optimisation initiatives, using ERP as a tool to drive efficiency and effectiveness. What Were Looking For To be successful in this role, we expect you to bring the following: Education : A minimum of HBO-level education (bachelors degree or equivalent), preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : 510 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in ERP implementations and business process optimisationpreferably within manufacturing environments.
