YOUR ROLE: As the Global Payroll Program Lead, youwill be responsible for identifying opportunities and defining apayroll system streamlining roadmap across our global operations.You will work closely with various Group corporate functions,including Procurement, Legal, HRIS, IT, and Cyber Security, toensure seamless integration and compliance. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TODO? Your role will involve: - Identify Opportunities & DefineRoadmap: -Streamline payroll systems across 140+ countries -Developand implement a comprehensive payroll system roadmap -Collaboration with Group Corporate Functions: -Define functionaland technical prerequisites (Cyber Security, Data ProtectionOfficer) -Develop an integration model with Core HR solutions andFinance systems -Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs)-Identify preferred providers per geography with appropriateservice levels and escalation processes -Ensure compliance withrelevant regulations - Build Efficient Organization: -Incollaboration with regional HR propose and establish relevantorganization -Define quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -Animate Internal Payroll Expert Network: -Implement payroll projectgovernance best practices -Contribute to compliance and fraudprevention efforts WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Extensive experiencein managing multi-country payroll and time attendance systems -Expertise in handling complex payrolls in countries such as France,Germany or Switzerland - Experience in/with Latin America and/orAsia is highly desirable - Proven track record of managing payrollmigration and rollout projects - Experience with both internal andexternalized payroll organizations - Knowledge of leading payrollproviders such as ADP, UKG, and BIPO or Papaya Global - Fluent inEnglish and French - The job can be located in Paris or inMarseille
