Summary Are you an organized, analytical, and hands-on professional with experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management? Were looking for a S upply Chain Specialist to join our team in B arcelona and help us drive operational excellence in a fast-growing, international environment. Youll be part of a company thats reshaping how we approach food and travel packagingbringing sustainability, efficiency, and innovation together. Main responsibilities Create and follow up on purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery Monitor and control stock levels to meet demand without overstocking Liaise with transport agencies and freight forwarders for national and international shipments Coordinate inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Analyze purchase and stock data to identify trends and improve efficiency Ensure deadlines are met to avoid disruptions in operations Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with company objectives Continuously work on improving processes to reduce costs and optimize supply chain performance Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field 3 years of experience in a similar roles Solid knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems Experience with inventory and procurement management Familiarity with international logistics and foreign trade Strong organizational and planning skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) What we offer Joining Nupik x deSter means you will become a part of an innovative company with sustainability at heart and colleagues & customers globally.
