As a Client Services Advisor (CSA) you will be amember of the Fendi Client Services Hub and you will be responsiblefor providing best-in-class customer service and omnichannelsupport, meeting and exceeding planned KPIs, including sales andquality targets. You will do so by listening and responding to eachclient in a personalized, efficient and effective manner, byleveraging the resources available, with strong empathy andcommunication skills. You will also be in charge of developing theclients loyalty to Fendi, through the use of specific clientelingstrategies. MISSIONS - Provide Fendi clients and prospects with aluxury experience in line with the brand values and professionalismacross all communication channels - Balance inbound customeroutreach with outbound customer outreach to generate sales, developclient relationships and host virtual appointments - Have aclient-centric mindset, passion to connect with customers, resolvetheir issues and inquiries with outstanding service, in compliancewith Fendi policies and procedures - Understand and embody theomnichannel mindset, assisting clients in finalizing theirpurchases in multiple and easy ways, according to their needs -Drive to meet and exceed sales, quality targets and KPIs - Transmitbrand awareness, product knowledge, personalized engagement andstorytelling when communicating with clients - Properly updateplatforms and logs with accurate data and leverage tools andresources dynamically to meet client needs - Regularly providequantitative and qualitative reports on the activity performed -Share best practices with managers and team members and promoteinnovative approaches to solve customer inquiries and developrelationships and sales - Maintain a productive and excellentconnection with members of the Fendi retail network and relevantinternal offices PROFILE You will have the following attributes: -Min 3 years experience in luxury client service (preferably retail,fashion technology companies or hospitality industries). -Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written andverbal (including phone, video, email, live-chat) - Proven abilityto sell by phone - High motivation, sales-driven approach, energyand passion for customer service and customer-centric mindset.Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills - Willing towork a varied schedule including hours/days/nights/holidays andweekends - Ability to work in team - Fluency in English (spoken andwritten). - Fluency in German (spoken and written) - Proficiency inFrench is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills with an innovativemindset; always looking for new ways to enhance client experienceand maximize sales - Proficient in relevant computer applications(e.g. MS Office applications), excellent data entry and typingskills. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
