Reporting To: Director, Transformation Location:Scandicci (Florence) The Transformation Project Manager overseestransformation projects, collaborating with business stakeholdersto ensure successful planning, execution, and completion withinrequirements, timeline, and budget. The role includes managing theJimmy Choo collection calendar and supporting the S&OP maturityroadmap, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, production, andfinancial planning. Key Responsibilities: PROJECT MANAGEMENT -Collaborate with departments to identify and define projects forperformance improvement and process optimization - Analyze proposedprojects for feasibility and priority; support in preparingbusiness cases for approval - Track project progress regardingtiming, costs, and outcomes - Identify risks and mitigation plans -Formalize project documentation (e.g., project charter, Ganttchart, risk analysis) - Participate in cross-functional projectsimpacting JC Supply Chain CALENDAR MANAGEMENT - Formalize andvalidate the JCF calendar for each collection based on HQmilestones - Share and update the calendar across JC Supply Chaindepartments - Support departments in planning internal timelines -Monitor progress, revising schedules as needed - Communicateprogress, risks, and opportunities with HQ INTEGRATED BUSINESSPLANNING Collaborate with HQ to implement integrated S&OPstrategies, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans. - Analyzesupply, production constraints, risks, and inventory optimization -Identify process improvements and develop solutions for strongerS&OP processes - Lead projects to optimize inventory managementand streamline processes - Prepare and present reports, forecasts,and recommendations to management - Maintain stakeholderrelationships and monitor KPIs - Develop and maintain S&OP bestpractices and policies Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree inIndustrial Engineering, Economics, or related field - Extensiveexperience in similar roles, preferably in luxury fashion - Strongknowledge of supply chain processes - Leadership, decision-making,and problem-solving skills - Teamwork, time and risk management,and analytical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonalskills - Fluency in English
