As a Business Analyst at Methis Consulting, youll work on high-impact projects for top-tier companies in the Utilities and Mobility industry. In this role, you''ll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience as business analyst in IT-implementation projects.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications that guide our development teams.
- Design and document comprehensive solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee the successful execution of your designs.
- Validate implementations through thorough testing, ensuring the solution meets the desired business outcomes.
- Engage in team collaboration, attending daily meetings to discuss project progress, solve challenges, and refine solutions with key users and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
- Master''s degree in a business economics, business engineering or technology-oriented field (ICT, business analytics, engineering, computer science)
- Proven experience in Utilities or Public Transport/Aviation sector, specifically as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an IT-implementation project in utilities is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Affinity with ERP (SAP ECC or S4, SAP IS-U), Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with working with JIRA or Azure Devops
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and can express yourself in French/Dutch.
