Your Responsibilities | Corporate M&A Law Firm Legal Associate
- You will be responsible for managing client files related to corporate M&A aspects of their companies.
- You will draft and review legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, contracts, as well as restructuring, merger, and liquidation documents.
- Liaising with third parties such as notaries, service providers, and others will be part of your responsibilities.
- Staying up to date with new regulations will be part of your daily tasks to ensure the highest quality of service for your clients.
- You will maintain regular contact with clients and build strong, lasting relationships with them.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate M&A Law Firm Legal Associate
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a law firm in Luxembourg, with a focus on Corporate and M&A matters.
- You are fluent in English, which is essential to communicate with international clients and colleagues. French and/or German will be considered a strong asset.
- You are registered (or about to be registered) on List I, II, or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
- You are a dynamic and motivated professional, eager to learn and achieve your career objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and a sense of initiative will be key to your success in this role.
