Key job responsibilities - Assess businessopportunities, priorities and pain points affecting Operations andcustomers, then translate these into initiatives and a multi-yearroadmap that will establish a solid foundation for scaling theAmazon Shipping business - Launch operational programmes, monitorperformance metrics, and report on the status of key objectivesthat affect deliverables - Use data to understand operationalchallenges and create continuous improvement initiatives - Workwith a variety of other Amazon departments to identify and leveragebest practices - Within a programme environment, lead amultidisciplinary team in overcoming challenges, competingpriorities, and drive progress - Manage stakeholders and internalprocesses, and define standards A day in the life As a ProgramManager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, andimproving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of ouroperations.
