Construction Junior Engineer Activities and Main Responsibilities: The Construction Engineer Junior shall support the Construction Manager for both the Home Office and site activities in the proper application of methodologies, systems and software to facilitate the planning, management and control of the construction activities. He shall ensure the application of construction procedures and the definition of construction sequences, constructability studies, logistics, construction planning activities. He also supports the projects in the implementation of the construction subcontractors work front methodology, supporting both the home office and site team, along with the other Companys functions involved in project execution. The main activities are: To support and prepare the construction procedures to be implemented on the projects; To support and prepare Constructability studies; To participate to Subcontracting Plan definition; To prepare the Subcontractors Work Requisitions and the site operating conditions; To prepare Subcontractors technical evaluations; To support construction methodologies and information technology systems implementation on sites and home office; To ensure training and support to Home Office and sites for all matters relevant to construction systems implementation; Facilitates the optimal development of the Path of Construction and follows up the relevant Action list; Providefeedback concerning problems arising from application of methodologies and work instruction to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the Construction Department; to support the application and the implementation of the AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) methodology. Educational Background Masters degree in Mechanical, Civil, Energy, Chemical engineering; Technical Skills: Good knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English; Good Knowledge of OFFICE (i.E. power point, excel, word); Nice tohave a good knowledge of AUTOCAD software. Soft skills Availability to international mobility for either short- or long-term assignment; Attitude to perform the work in team, in an international and multi-cultural environment; Achievethe goal approach; Familiarity in organization and coordination matters.
