Your responsibilities include structuring, coordinating, and optimizing client engagement initiativesfrom invitation lists to personalized activationsby collaborating with internal teams at HQ, regional offices, and stores. Your goal is to translate personalization guidelines into tangible, high-quality experiences that foster engagement and drive business growth. This role demands strong operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of VIC activities.What makes up your dayIn this dynamic environment, every challenge and opportunity allows you to realize your full potential.In this role, you will:Support the creation and segmentation of VIC invitation lists for exclusive experiences, product launches, and private events, ensuring the right clients are engaged at the right time.Act as a liaison between HQ and regional teams, clarifying VIC & MTM activation processes.Assist in identifying high-potential RTW clients for MTM services, tracking engagement and responses.Coordinate personalized gifting strategies, managing logistics and ensuring brand alignment.Support the execution of bespoke in-store experiences, such as private shopping sessions, styling, and MTM fittings, providing backend support to store teams.Collaborate with regional teams on VIC event planning, including venue selection, guest management, and post-event follow-up.Track event participation and client engagement metrics accurately.Assist in creating pre- and post-event reports, analyzing insights to improve future experiences.Monitor VIC engagement KPIs, including conversion rates, client retention, and effectiveness of personalized initiatives.Gather feedback from regional teams and staff to continuously refine VIC experiences.What makes you, makes our teamJoining Zegna means becoming part of a team that shapes the future of our company.
