Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior IT Support Engineer to join our brave and brilliant Synerise Team. What will you do on a daily basis? You will support our Synerise team on a daily basis on topics such as: Administer and support Jira: Internal projects, client projects, ServiceDesk. Microsoft 365 administration and support: Manage Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and InTune. Azure AD (Entra ID): Handle user accounts, MFA and group roles. Laptop Servicing: Oversee onboarding, offboarding and maintenance. User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create documentation. Incident and Problem Management: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on solutions. What will make us a perfect match? At least 6 years in a similar support and Atlassian systems administration role. Proficiency in administering Atlassian systems (Jira, Confluence) is essential. Experience in MDM Intune administration. Very good knowledge of Microsoft365 digital workplace . Extensive experience of working with macOS (with Apple laptops), in particular managing them remotely. Motivation to develop yourself and acquire new knowledge. Solving problem skills and client-facing skills. Being self-reliant and taking initiative. What will convince us even more? Sense of humor.
