WHAT ARE YOUR DUTIES ON AN AVERAGE DAY: As an realambassador of Roru you greet our and service our guests with a bigsmile. You make sure they have an unforgettable experience andleave our food truck with a satisfying feeling. Youll work at afood truck front of house and help your colleagues with some basicprepping You prepare and sell our Take Away products with loveand precision You are responsible for the daily MEP of thecounter before opening the Food truck You take the payment andmake sure to greet the guests enthusiastically when they leave You take care of cleaning after your working day You use theappropriate equipment and devices and maintain them professionally You scrupulously respect hygiene rules (HACCP: wash hands expiry date FIFO product temperature ) You are tidy,enthusiastic, and diffuse positive energy You are resistant tostress: you keep your cool in the case of a problem or a largecrowd You work carefully, in an organized and fast manner Strict standards and rules do not scare you You are flexible, asare we!
