For our client, a leading international company located in the North Brussels region, we are looking for a Business Controller to partner with senior leadership and drive financial performance. Reporting directly to the CFO Belux, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Your Role:
- Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for support functions.
- Monitor and analyze fixed costs, identifying key deviations and improvement areas.
- Present financial insights to senior stakeholders and the Executive Committee.
- Drive business performance by providing actionable recommendations.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects and visit operational sites to offer financial guidance.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters or professional qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with business partnering exposure.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial systems (Hyperion/Oracle, SAP, U4).
- Fluency in Dutch is essential, along with a solid level of French and English.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
