Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Engagement Coordinator/Project Manager to support sustainability initiatives within the banking sector.
As an Engagement Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development & Implementation: Define and implement an engagement strategy, collaborating with internal stakeholders, communities, and colleagues to engage employees in sustainability initiatives.
- Internal & External Communication: Translate the sustainability strategy into an engaging narrative, both internally and externally. Work closely with the marketing & communication team to ensure the right messaging and validate internal/external communication deliverables.
- Coordination of Financial Inclusion Programs: Manage and coordinate financial inclusion initiatives within the bank, working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
- Volunteering and Philanthropy Programs: Collaborate with your team to increase visibility and engagement for the bank''s volunteering and philanthropy efforts. Foster internal involvement and highlight the banks impact on the community.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the progress of the sustainability initiatives, measure their impact, and report on results to internal teams and external partners.
Your profile:
- Masters degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability.
- Strong proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Soft skills: result-driven, flexible, strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and experience in marketing/communication briefings.
