Location:

Priority will be given to candidates based in or near Ghent, Belgium for strong on-site presence. However, were open to exceptional candidates from elsewhere who can collaborate effectively with our office-based stakeholders.

What Youll Do:

• Be the bridge between our internal teams and external support partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
• Operationalize security policies and proceduresyou wont be writing them, but youll be the one making them work.
• Support and manage tools like Darktrace and Mimecast.
• Handle security audits and inspectionsyoull be the face of the team when auditors come knocking.
• Balance high-pressure, urgent tasks with the day-to-day operational work that keeps everything running.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience across a range of security systems and tools.
• Confidence in front of auditors and during high-stakes reviews.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines without losing focus.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle the less glamorous but essential operational tasks.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
