The school is part of a family-owned educational group with management ties to Spain.As Principal, you will:Oversee the Administration, Admissions, Maintenance, and Infrastructure departments.Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the strategic development of the school.Were looking for:A degree in Business Administration or related field.10+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in team management.Experience in the education sector in operational and/or commercial roles (non-academic)Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.A service-oriented mindset and the ability to represent the school externally.A confident presence and hands-on leadership style will be key to success.This position is based in Lima, Peru.
