Theideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests,ensuring a warm, luxurious, and seamless experience from arrival todeparture. He will be tasked with the following duties,responsibilities and assignments:Greet guests warmly upon arrival,providing a positive first impression of the restaurant.Managereservations efficiently, maintaining an organized seating plan.Letguests to their tables, providing menus and relevant informationabout the restaurant.Handle guest inquiries and assist with specialrequests or concerns promptly and courteously.Coordinate with theservice team to ensure timely seating and guestsatisfaction.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hoststand and waiting area.Manage waiting lists during peak hours,providing accurate wait time estimates.Uphold the high standards ofservice and presentation expected at a 5-starestablishment.SkillsTo successfully fill this role, you shouldmaintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values thatfollow:Hostess Agent experience in Hotel of same category,preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties.Passion for deliveringexceptional guest service.Excellent command of Italian and English.Additional languages will be appreciated.High school diploma orGED; experience in the guest services, front desk, or relatedprofessional area.Calm, organized work, strong communication andinterpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office programspreferred.Proficiency in Opera PMS, MGS, MARSHA Operational Systemsrequired.To apply please send your CV to:careers@pacinigroup.it
