Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a MarketoSpecialist Purpose of Role: The Marketo Specialist plays a criticalrole in executing and optimizing marketing automation initiativesthat support the companys lead generation, lead nurturing, andcustomer engagement strategies. The purpose of the role is toensure that all Marketo campaigns are efficiently managed andaligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven decision-makingand system best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee andexecute Marketo campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, andemails. - Develop, monitor, test and optimize Marketo programs forall stages of the marketing and sales funnels. - Automate andimprove data integrity and data management initiatives, includingsegmentation implementation and analysis; list management; and leadprocesses in Salesforce.com - Manage project timelines, ensuringthat all activities occur as planned and that campaigns areexecuted on time, from scheduling to design, production anddistribution. - Perform day-to-day system maintenance andconfiguration of Marketo, driving improvements and employing bestpractices. Education and Qualifications: - 5+ years of experienceas a power user of a Marketing Automation platform with MarketoCertified Expert certification and Google Analytics certification- Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertiseusing Marketo, including database management; Smart Listdevelopment; setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns andprograms; and reporting on campaign analytics - A track record ofsuccess with marketing activities, managing lead databases,reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, configuringnurture tracks and promoting events - Knowledge of HTML forcosmetic edits and alterations Core Competencies: AnalyticalThinking Ability to assess campaign performance through metricsand analytics, optimizing for maximum effectiveness. ProjectManagement Strong skills in managing multiple marketing projectswith precision and timely execution. Attention to Detail Highlevel of accuracy in setting up campaigns, managing data, andmaintaining system integrity. Communication Effective verbal andwritten communication skills to coordinate across teams and reportcampaign outcomes. Collaboration Proven ability to workcross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT to alignstrategies and execution. Problem Solving Proactive inidentifying issues in campaign execution or data workflows andimplementing practical solutions. Trillium Pumps Italy based inNova Milanese Monza e Brianza area - with around 250 employees,established in 1897 and acquired by Trillium Flow Technologies in2019, manufactures API 610 specialty pumps primarily for thedownstream application in the oil and gas market.
