We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company specialized in Digital Grid technologies.
You will sell traditional high-voltage services (e.g., equipment maintenance, repairs, and testing) as well as digital services (e.g., smart grid solutions, remote monitoring, and predictive analytics...).
This organization is expanding its footprint in Belgium and is looking for a Sales Professional to strengthen its position and support commercial growth across the region.
Your role
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the high-voltage equipment and services sector, ensuring continued satisfaction and business growth.
- Actively promote and expand the digital grid portfolio, identifying new business opportunities both with current customers and potential leads.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored proposals, leading to successful contract closures and long-term partnerships.
- Leverage CRM tools to track offers, manage follow-ups, ensure smooth handovers to the project team, and support the execution phase when necessary.
- Incorporate IT elements into high-voltage hardware solutions, ensuring seamless integration and innovation to meet customer demands.
What were looking for
- Ideally a bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or another relevant technical field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the energy or industrial sectors or technical services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A client-oriented mindset combined with a strategic and results-driven approach.
- The ability to work independently while being a team player.
- A good level in Dutch, French, and English is essential.

- Competitive monthly gross salary between 4,000 and 4,800, depending on experience.
