MSXI has the job for you!MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Information Technology Support to join our team in Rome.The RoleAs a Information Technology Support, you will be actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders, and local markets and you will play a key role in delivering technical support.Your key tasks will be :Manage incoming incidents and requests regarding problems with account, desktop functionality, network connectivity and application supportMaintaining continuous upkeep and improvement of local IT infrastructure, comms rooms, workstationsIdentifying, analysing, troubleshooting issuesRecommend solutions to users to resolve their problem, help them implement the solutionUpdate knowledge base with process changeSupport the implementation of new services to improve overall user satisfactionQualificationsAbout youWe would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
