We are working with a leading global Real Estate Investment Manager to hire a Senior Associate for their Housing Team in Milan. This is an exciting hands-on role, focusing on the new real estate development projects, as well as execution of new investment opportunities and asset management across residential, student accomodation and mixed-use developments sectors.Responsibilities:Development ManagementProject development management, including third-party relationship managementEnsuring project alignment with investment objectives, timelines and budgetsConstruction progress monitoring and quality controlInvestment Sourcing, underwriting and execution of new housing investment opportunitiesPreparation of financial models and sensitivity analysesPost-acquisition asset management, performance monitoring and capex managementRequirements:Currently sitting as a Senior Associate (or equivalent) within an asset management, development or investment team of a highly-regarded real estate fundProven experience in real estate development, investment, asset management processesExtensive background and track record in the housing sector, including student accommodation, residential and mixed-use propertiesStrong technical background in financial modellingFamiliarity with planning regulations, construction processes, and risk managementKnowledge of English and Italian languages
