Join a leading HR services provider on a 6-month remote contract, supporting payroll delivery and data management for a major client. This is a full-time role requiring fluency in Dutch and strong payroll expertise.
Position: Payroll Lead (Dutch Speaker)
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Hours: Full-time
Language Requirement: Fluent Dutch
Independently process end-to-end payroll in line with agreed calendars and KPIs
Advise on payroll-related queries, demonstrating expert knowledge of Dutch legislation
Assist with system maintenance testing and liaise with third-party providers
BA/BS in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
~23 years experience in payroll or benefits administration within HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments
~ Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
~ Experience working with HR and payroll data
