Smart Specifications & Design: Collaborate to drive the right specifications and solutions.?? Stakeholder Guidance: Help stakeholders adopt business changes and transformations.?? Change Management: Support and implement change management initiatives for business success. ?? Qualifications:?? Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.?? Experience in Belgian Non-Life Insurance, including products, underwriting practices, claims processes, and regulatory frameworks.?? Business data analysis & process optimization expertise.?? Experience in change management implementation.?? Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.?? Ability to lead large workshops and interact with C-level stakeholders. ??
