Job Description:

As a member of the Treasury team, you will be part of a dynamic group of Technical Business Analysts located in Zurich, Bioggio, Luxemburg, and Manila. We are experts in Avaloq for Treasury solutions, managing all aspects related to these areas within our Avaloq Core Platform and implementation baselines for our SaaS centers, including messaging interfaces. We are also developing new products based on open API and Microservice technology. Join us for exciting projects related to cutting-edge banking initiatives worldwide. Our team follows an agile approach, working closely with customers and partners to support our global client base and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands.

*Software as a Service (SaaS): We run banking IT for our clients.

Your key tasks

• Analyze business requirements and processes
• Evaluate scenarios and recommend optimal business and IT solutions
• Build, parameterize, and maintain business IT solutions in Avaloq
• Participate in implementation workshops
• Manage client relationships through regular communication and business consulting
• Prepare reports and project documentation on client requirements, activities, and project status

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis and requirements engineering within the financial industry
• Good programming skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Excellent client orientation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and structured with a passion for learning

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of PL/SQL
• Experience with Avaloq or other banking systems
• Experience in the Treasury area
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL)
• Experience with agile methodologies
• German language skills
