She/he will be in charge, part time of the day-to-day Treasury function, in alternate with a colleague. She/he is also involved into the Transfer pricing calculation to insure the application of the European TP Policy. She/he will participate to the bookkeeping entries for the non-operating entities (Holding) and calculation and bookkeeping of Intra-Group Financing Interests. She/he will assist the Tax & Treasury Manager and the Treasury Supervisor for the Bank, Corporate and Tax compliance. She/he will assist the Tax & Treasury Manager for specific missions (Tax Audit, Group Restructuring).**Responsibilities**:- Preparation & filing of the VAT forms for Group Legal Entities in various countries, including EC sales list- Key contact & support with external advisors for preparation & filing of the TAX forms for Group Legal Entities in various countries- Involved in the Intercompany invoicing process, including Transfer pricing calculation- Treasury day-to-day function in alternate.- Support for Bank, Corporate & Tax Compliance- Statistics compliance**Requirements**:- Education - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax- First experience in tax or compliance in Luxembourg, preferably Audit/Tax Consulting company- Strong analytical and numerical ability- English and French: fluent, written & spoken.
