Leveraging extensive expertise in nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon capture, fuels, chemicals, and polymers, we offer innovative solutions to support the energy transition.Within the Control Department, the Controller is responsible for generating analyses, documents, and deliverables, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and punctuality. They also support the Manager in coordinating the Group''s management activities.The Controller reports to the Department Manager regarding timing, activity priorities, and deliverable quality.Key Activities & Responsibilities:The Controller handles Planning, Budgeting, Reporting, and Analytical Accounting activities. Under supervision, they coordinate activities to ensure result consistency and accurate reflection in the financial statements of the Company and Group. Main responsibilities include:Participating in the development of the Companys and Group''s Budgets and Operational Plans, based on management forecasts and objectives, supporting short-term planning processes.Conducting simulations of the economic and financial impacts of projects and acquisitions.Preparing and analyzing results by Company/Business Line to evaluate economic and financial trends, for review by the Responsible.Preparing and analyzing the Order Portfolio by Company/Business Line, considering acquisitions and revenues, for validation.Supporting work-in-progress assessments for income statement and balance sheet preparation.Ensuring proper interface with subsidiaries for consolidating financial data.Assisting in configuring Managerial Accounting in the ERP System.Analyzing deviations from business objectives at the project level.Participating in the implementation of relevant tools.Updating master data for consolidation, Cost Centers, and orders; assisting in Management Control system initialization.Supporting the preparation and update of internal management procedures.Personal Attributes:Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in similar roles within project-driven companies.Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.Team-oriented and effective communicator.Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and methodical in work approach.Location: Rome.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustryChemical Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
