Ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with Company/Business Unit directives and instructions including Company procedures and Business unit proceduresEnsure the portfolio of contracts in the regional business follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with Company/Business unit/region standard proceduresConduct contract and claims negotiations and settlementsReview and comment on commercial tender terms and conditionsAnalyze prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts, as work proceedsNegotiate contractsCoordinate with Business Unit Head of CM to have a common approach to contract management within the regionOrganize Contract Management in your respective geographical areaDrive resources needs to respond to business requirements on contract managementDefine procedures to be applicable to the region in coordination with Business UnitYour backgroundDegree in LawExperience of minimum 10 years in contract management/legal in EP/EPC energy company or similar industrial plantsExperience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partnersSolid experience in negotiation, change management, claim management and contract-related issues and the possible effects in the relevant areas of responsibilityExperience in working in a multicultural environment and intercultural awarenessSystematic and structured work styleAbility to negotiate in English.
