It creates and maintains client-ready marketing materials.The candidate will be responsible for:Overseeing the entire product governance process, including target market identification, monitoring, distribution strategy development, and periodic reviews.Participating in the product approval process, monitoring products after market launch, following corporate actions, and updating the intranet for relevant operations.Staying informed about the latest MiFID II guidelines and regulations regarding product governance.Conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities.Monitoring and analyzing the performance of existing mutual fund products.Supporting sales, Relationship Management, and client service teams with presentations and product updates, providing subject matter expertise.Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with product development teams, distribution channels, and stakeholders.The skills required are:Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information to internal and external stakeholders.Strong relational, interpersonal, and communication skills applicable across organizational levels.An administrative and organizational mindset.Bachelor''s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or Management Engineering.C1 Cambridge certification or equivalent (Mandatory).Strong understanding of financial products and markets.At least 2-4 years of experience in similar roles within a bank or asset management.Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Well-being & BenefitsWe promote a balanced work environment supporting your development and well-being, including mental health support, physical health measures, and social connectivity through events and networks.We also support your financial goals with benefits like meal allowances, pension funds, welfare plans, and banking services.Our culture encourages acting responsibly, thinking commercially, taking initiative, and working collaboratively.
