The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of aBESS Solution Engineer to join a leading Solar PV and BESSManufacturer to be based in Imola. We are looking for a candidateto oversee all technical aspects of the Commercial & Industrial(C&I) sector, working closely with various stakeholders. Youwill collaborate with the sales and project management teams tosupport clients and distributors, ensuring processes and proceduresare effectively created and revised. Additionally, you will conductdue diligence on distributors and suppliers across Europe. Duringproject commissioning, you will serve as the primary technicalcontact for integration-related issues. Key Responsibilities: -Establish and maintain relationships with key clients anddistributors within the BESS C&I market in Europe. - Workclosely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamlessintegration of solutions, while developing and refining proceduresand tools for distributors. - Support project commissioning incollaboration with the project management team and distributorswhen needed. - Provide technical assistance to clients anddistributors, including conducting product demonstrations,delivering presentations, and addressing technical inquiries. -Design and implement technical training sessions for clients anddistributors. - Represent the company at trade shows andconferences to promote products and services. - Stay up to date onindustry trends, market developments, and competitor activitieswithin the BESS C&I sector. Qualifications: - Bachelors degreein Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relateddiscipline. - Minimum of two years of experience in a technicalsales role. - Prior experience in the BESS C&I market in Europeis essential. Required Skills: - Strong technical expertise inbattery energy storage systems and related technologies. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto convey complex technical concepts to both technical andnon-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, capable of diagnosing and resolving technicalchallenges. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or anotherEuropean language is advantageous. - Willingness to travel asrequired.
