What Youll Do
As a Sales Engineer , youll be the go-to expert for our customers combining technical insight with commercial impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Advising clients on our sensor, safety, and automation solutions.
- Developing and executing an annual sales plan to achieve targets in revenue and margin.
- Collaborating with Inside Sales, Application Engineers, etc. to prepare quotations and close deals.
- Visiting key accounts regularly to identify opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, introducing new products, and representing SICK at trade fairs and customer events.
What You Bring
Were looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional who:
- Has experience in technical B2B sales (preferably in automation, logistics, or industrial solutions).
- Is fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Excels at turning leads into successful, long-term customer partnerships.
- Is skilled at planning and managing their own customer visits and pipeline.
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
