ONBOARDING OFFICER (M\F) (CDI)

Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of:
Primary day to day responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- On-boarding new clients (global custody, bank account services, fund order desk, depositary, RMA,depositarylite and other related business).
- Act as a coordinator with various internal teams (such as Depositary, Custody, Treasury, Accountopening, Custody connect support, FA/TA Oversight, Billing and KYC);
- Co-working with several MUFG entities (including but not limited to, MFS, GSLS, MUTB NY, MUSE);
- Co ordinate the various legal agreements needed;
- Update, when necessary, the various internal systems to prepare the onboarding;
- Be responsible for the creation of the LEI for a fund as well as sharing the SSIs with a new client;
- Be responsible for the implementation of various Fee schedules with the billing team;
- Prepare / develop or co-work with staffs if any internal procedures, checklists, client explanatory materials are insufficient.
Specific knowledge & skills
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar position (client service/onboarding) is essential.
- Experience in regulatory advisory, compliance; risk management, control environment or similar is an asset;
- Good knowledge of the investor services business (product, operations, market trends, etc);
- Good communicational skills with client and related parties, including internal (within the group).
- Good analytical and organizational skills, setting right priorities;
- Good knowledge of English (Japanese is a strong asset);
- Good knowledge of PC handling;
- Discretion efficiency & initiative.
