Visit nchjobs.org to learn more.Job SummaryThe Facility Manager oversees daily operations of the Naples Community Hospital facility, addressing concerns from staff, patients, and visitors regarding plant operations. Coordinates with city and county staff on facility issues and manages renovation projects within the hospital. Develops budgets, ensures compliance, and analyzes variances.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesParticipates in the annual forecasting and budgeting process to plan for future resource needs, including personnel, space, equipment, and materials.Maintains and utilizes resources to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.Uses time management skills to improve departmental efficiency and delegates tasks appropriately.Understands the JCAHO Accreditation process, its importance, and the department''s role in it.Displays positive leadership by role modeling, staff development, and fostering loyalty to the department and organization.Ensures staff are properly trained and staffing levels are maintained, working to keep morale high.
