Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.La risorsa verr inserita all''interno del dipartimento di Manutenzione dello stabilimento CISA (Gruppo Allegion) e si occuper di manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e straordinaria su macchine utensili CNC e tradizionali destinate ad attivit di realizzazione semilavorati (cilindri e chiavi) al fine di garantirne il corretto funzionamento e lefficienza produttiva.Principali ResponsabilitEseguire riparazioni in ambito meccanico, calibrazioni e modifiche da semplici a complesse di apparecchiature, strutture e sistemi.Diagnosticare le cause dei guasti e applicare azioni correttive riducendo al minimo i tempi di inattivit.Eseguire manutenzioni relative allo stabilimento e agli impianti tecnici.Competenze RichiesteDiploma di Istituto tecnico (meccanico)Esperienza pluriennale nella manutenzione di impianti e macchine in aziende strutturateConoscenza e applicazione principi di pneumatica/oleodinamicaBuona capacit di lettura del disegno tecnicoConoscenza dei principali sistemi di controllo CNC/PLCBuona manualit e attitudine al problem solvingDisponibilit a lavorare su turni (mattino, pomeriggio, notte)Ottime capacit relazionali e di lavoro in teamGradita la conoscenza di una lingua straniera (inglese)We Celebrate Who We Are!Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
