We are creating a Financial & Insure team in Spain and we are sourcing a Solutions Engineer to lead our Networking, Telecommunications and Security team.

As a Solutions Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:
- Designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- The main objective is to lead the technical team and offer both internal and external consulting, aligning projects with the best practices in the sector.
As a Soultions Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications or related area.
- Demonstrable experience in network architecture, security, and team leadership at senior level.
- Advanced knowledge of routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLAN, STP), VPN, and security protocols.
- Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Check Point, Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and Citrix NetScaler.
- Management of network monitoring and analysis tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (ITIL, Agile, PMI, etc.).
- Written and spoken English knowledge. You will work with international teams.
Desirable
- Cisco CCNP o CCIE (Enterprise, Security o equivalente).
- Check Point CCSA/CCSE.
- Infoblox certifications (e.g., NIOS Administrator).
- Citrix Certified Professional Networking (CCP-N).
- Other security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) will be positively valued.
