Task Responsibilities:
- Performing allocated work and service orders including regular & preventive Maintenance
- Perform installation repair and maintenance of electrical systems (as per training BT-h/v)
- Performing general housekeeping tasks
- Performing jobs on sanitary, pit and HVAC installations
- Completing service records
- Installation or repair of office furniture
- Accompanying service suppliers
- Providing transportation services
- Executing office and shop moves
- Assistance for company events
Support and maintain CAFM and building controls by:
- Data input into CAFM system
Maintain and promote professional and technical knowledge by:
- Attending training and courses (internal / external)
- Attending training on vehicle (man lift, forklift, crane)
- Any other task as advice by the superior related to Facility Management responsibilities.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Terminated technical education in electrical installation or equivalent
- Language skills: fluent in English. Luxembourgish, German or French will be considered as an advantage
- Being friendly and openminded towards their colleagues
Working Conditions:
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Fhrungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
- Full time position in Luxembourg
- Working hours are from 07h30 to 12h00 and 12h30 to 16h00, Mondays to Fridays.
- The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned so as to avoid conflicting with service needs.
- Offsite travels may be required
- Flexibility may be needed with working hours depending on the urgency of the matter. The position holder shall keep informed his/her line manager on his/her whereabouts and the means of telecommunications through which he/she will be reachable for urgent company needs, while on company mission.
