THE ROLE We areseeking an experienced and impactful Strategy Consulting Manager tojoin our Strategy Consulting team. This team is dedicated tosupporting business leaders of client companies in shaping andexecuting strategic paths for digital transformation, eCommerceacceleration, and business model innovation. As a StrategyConsulting Manager, you will lead engagements with clients acrossvarious sectors (e.g., CPG/FMCG, Retail, Financial Services,Media). You will guide them in combining a deep understanding ofbusiness dynamics with innovative approaches in areas like DigitalCommerce & D2C Strategy, Customer Experience, Data Strategy& Analytics, Omnichannel Orchestration, and the application ofnew technologies like AI. The goal is to maximize the impact ontheir business model and ensure an evolution capable of seizingmedium/long-term growth opportunities, building on Alkemys trackrecord of transformative client results. You''ll manage projects andclient relationships, leveraging Alkemy''s diverse expertise fromvertical industry knowledge to cross-functional business acumen anddeep digital understanding. This role requires leadership indriving high-impact projects and contributing significantly to ourclients'' success. - Job Location: Milan - Experience: 5-10 years -Area: Consulting KEY REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate: - Has gained5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong trackrecord in strategy development and project leadership, ideallyhoned within demanding, results-oriented consulting or strategicin-house roles. - Possesses significant experience in managingstrategic projects end-to-end, acting as a primary point ofreference for the client and guiding the project team effectivelyon a daily basis. - Demonstrates a deep understanding of digitalbusiness models, eCommerce strategy, and digital transformationlevers. - Has a strong aptitude for strategic vision, complexproblem-solving, and the management and analysis of business andfinancial data. - Is highly motivated to work in a dynamic,fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial vocation. - Exhibitsexcellent teamwork, communication, and client management skills. -Has an excellent command of the English language; proficiency inItalian is a strong plus. - Familiarity with digital technologies(AI, Data Analytics, Marketing Automation) is highly valued.International project experience is a plus.
