Your Responsibilities | Lawyer Attorney Finance Corporate Law Legal
- Being in direct contact with clients will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will act as an advisor on all matters related to banking and finance law for your clients.
- You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various documents, such as agreements and contracts.
- You may also be involved in financial operations such as bond issuances or acquisitions.
Profile and Career Path | Lawyer Attorney Finance Corporate Law Legal
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Banking and Finance lawyer in Luxembourg, which will facilitate your integration into your new team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory to communicate effectively with clients and third parties. Additional languages such as French or German will be considered an asset.
- To succeed in this role, you need to be organized and proactive to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong communication skills will enable you to maintain excellent relationships with both clients and third parties, ensuring they are regularly updated on key matters.
