Company Overview:We are a company specialized in maintenance and technical assistance in the electromechanical and plant engineering sector, seeking a Customer Service and Call Center Assistant.The selected candidate will provide technical support via phone to clients, managing requests related to maintenance and repair of plants and machinery, and scheduling appointments with specialized technicians.Main Responsibilities:Provide telephone technical support to clients for troubleshooting electrical, electromechanical, and automated systems issues.Schedule appointments with clients and/or technicians for routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions.Manage the switchboard (incoming and outgoing calls).Provide general information about assistance and maintenance services.Collaborate with other branches and central management to coordinate technical interventions.Requirements:High school diploma or professional qualification.Basic computer skills.Good communication skills and customer service attitude.Ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.Contract: Fixed-term of 3 months, renewable.Full-time work schedule: 40 hours per week on shifts.Work Location: Key Skills, La Spezia, Liguria, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
