Technical BI Consultant (Freelance) - 21 Months - Brussels, Belgium

This position is pivotal in driving impactful data solutions, ensuring that every decision is backed by expert validation. About the Role

This freelance position is designed to enhance our client''s data reporting capabilities using MS PowerBI. You will be instrumental in implementing integrated reports, dashboards, and alert systems, ensuring data-driven decision-making across various business functions. Your work will directly impact financial, customer service, and HR reporting, contributing to the organization''s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement integrated reports and dashboards using MS PowerBI.
• Ensure technical execution of ETL processes, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Maintain operational continuity and compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting solutions with business needs.
• Manage the operational maintenance of the PowerBI environment.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in ETL, Microsoft Azure, and PowerBI.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S4Hana ISU.
• Proficiency in SQL, including partitioning.
• Multidimensional modeling and MDM plugin on PowerBI.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Other Requirements

• Experience with legal regulatory reporting and data integration from diverse sources.
• Knowledge of CSRD & Taxonomy and HR reporting needs.
• Experience in the utilities sector is a plus.
