For the next season, we are looking for a Boutique Attendant to join our Boutique team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.
He/She will report to the Boutique Supervisor.
Requirements
Skills required:
- Communication skills: communicates clearly and appropriately (both verbally and in writing). Listens and interacts with others with empathy.
- Emotional intelligence: able to manage one''s own emotions in difficult situations.
- Collaboration: is available and actively offers support to team members. Shares information and skills.
- Flexibility: accepts change and participates in new programs and processes.
We require:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a luxury boutique.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and possibly another foreign language.
Belmond and you:
- We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Boutique Attendant.
- Start date: May 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
- Salary as by CCNL, separate payslip for 13, 14 and TFR.
- Welfare incentive based on quality goals.
- Accommodation in a double room in our staff house including breakfast.
