Responsibility:
1. Technical Support and Problem-Solving

2. Product Promotion and Customer Engagement
Represent Snibe at regional trade shows, academic conferences, and industry events, engaging with clients and potential customers to showcase the technical advantages and applications of Snibes reagent portfolio.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to increase customer awareness and confidence in Snibes reagent offerings.
3. Sales Support and Market Expansion
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive reagent adoption and growth, participate in product testing, gather user feedback, and contribute to promotional strategies.
Provide technical insights to support the sales team in achieving targets, addressing customer needs from a scientific perspective.
4. Customer Training and Capability Development
