A rapidly growing renewable energy company is seekingan experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurementstrategies across its portfolio of solar PV, battery energy storagesystems (BESS), and wind projects. You will manage high-valueequipment sourcing, EPC and O&M contract negotiations, andCAPEX/OPEX assessments, playing a pivotal role in project executionand long-term success. This is a high-impact role requiringstrategic leadership, technical expertise, and deep sectorknowledge. Key Responsibilities - Lead procurement for solar PVmodules, inverters, transformers, and BESS components - NegotiateEPC and O&M contracts, ensuring alignment with performanceguarantees and budget targets - Structure and manage competitiveRFPs for major suppliers and contractors - Analyze project CAPEXand OPEX to support bid submissions and financial planning - Buildand manage strategic relationships with suppliers, EPCs, andservice providers - Conduct supplier due diligence and monitorcompliance with technical and quality standards - Track markettrends and innovations to enhance procurement strategiesRequirements - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, SupplyChain Management, or related field - Minimum 10 years experiencein procurement within the renewable energy sector, specificallysolar PV and BESS - Proven success in negotiating EPC and O&Mcontracts for utility-scale energy projects - Deep technicalknowledge of PV modules, BESS components, and related equipment -Strong experience in managing competitive RFPs andmulti-million-euro procurement activities - Financial acumen withdemonstrated ability to estimate and manage CAPEX/OPEX - Excellentstakeholder and supplier relationship management skills - Fluent inEnglish; French proficiency is a plus
